“Unit Bc Pros: Quiet neighborhood, good storage Cons: There is a rat infestation in the basement. Rats have died in the walls and management just leaves them. At night if you live on the front of the building you will hear people screaming outside because of the rats”

“Pros: Nice neighbors, responsive super Cons: Rats outside in the trash, mice in the building that the management refuses to take seriously.”

“Pros: Quiet and cozy units. Quiet and nice unit neighbors. Water and head is fairly good and internet never gives us trouble. Nice laundry and dryers and easy to use in building. Cons: Not renovated and certain things prone to breakage. Big cockroaches. Management isn't very responsive.”

“Pros: laundry in building, nice back lot view, great kitchens, shower technology Cons: shared floor with neighbor, creaky ceilings and thin walls and doors, outdated equipment and doors, unresponsive super, loud dogs and loud neighbors, not rent stabilized, heater goes too hot, few windows Advice to landlord: make yourself reachable with contact information available so i can actually talk to you not my super who rarely answers my calls or texts”
