“Unit 3EF Pros: -Great location for those that want to be central in Manhattan -Good amout of rent-stabilized apartments in the building -On-site super is responsive and active -Laundry room in basement Cons: -The building had a boiler go out last year and even after replacement, the heat hasn't felt adeqaute”

“Pros: Good, central location. Cons: Heating, water, and rodent issues. Property management is not responsive and moves slow on all building issues (month minimum). Advice to landlord: Faster responses to building issues.”

“Pros: Management is responsive to non-fix complaints/concerns. No security deposit theft Cons: Heat/water pressure have been issues but they never got fixed until I move out. Getting packages is painful”
