“Unit 3E Pros: Clean, maintained, trash management is good, pet-friendly, good neighbors Cons: Showing signs of age in the lobby, elevator breaks down occasionally and no communication is given on repair estimates, have to harass super for repairs, call box consistently is mismatched with phone numbers Advice to landlord: Keep callbox updated, communicate and give dates of when elevator will be fixed when possible, have super be better at responding to maintenance requests”
