“Pros: he building was easy to locate and the amenities provided are great. I'm glad I chose this as my long-term rental option! One unexpected bonus is how well I sleep here — in my previous place, I had trouble falling asleep most nights, but here it's been peaceful and comfortable. Cons: Would be nice to have more frequent cleanings”

“Pros: The house is well-kept, and the community vibe is refreshing. I’ve made friends who’ve introduced me to some of the best hidden gems in the area. Plus, you can’t beat the location—it’s right in the heart of everything. Cons: Sometimes the common areas could get a bit busy in the evenings, but overall it wasn’t a big deal and added to the lively atmosphere.”

“Pros: Good location, clean rooms, sufficient space, nice rooftop Cons: Low water pressure, no elevator, management sends annoying passive aggressive emails and takes forever to fix/respond to things (e.g. broken building front door, washing machines). They will also threaten you with fines and lease terminations for things you didn't do but your neighbors did. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive and less annoying”
