Advice to landlord: Better management”

Although the trash is in the main lobby area, it was cleaned and taken out very regularly. Cons: Tiny bedrooms and over-priced. Consistent issues with mice. Although there were vents displayed in the apartment for the stove and bathroom, none worked and after further inspection they were not even hooked up to anything for actual ventilation. I was a tenant under 9300 Realty and they could not lift a finger for you on most issues. The entry stairs are also definitely not safe. Advice to landlord: Fix the stairs!”
