“Pros: Quiet and tidy in great neighborhood Cons: No laundry room”

“Pros: No pros that I can think of Cons: Loud super, lack of pest control, unresponsive management requests, doesn’t return security deposits and if they do it’s an argument. They have no proof of any damage and they’ve owned the building less than a year! Advice to landlord: Get some morals and treat your tenants right. You know what’s right and wrong.”
