“Pros: Clean and updated Cons: I had constant leaks in my apartment from day one of moving in, and lived here over 2 years and it was never fixed. To the point where my entire bathroom flooded and I was left with no answer from the super all weekend. Poorly handled, they clearly were too cheap to fix the root of the problem. Advice to landlord: Take maintenance requests more seriously.”
