“Pros: Good sense of community on the block and the neighbours are lovely Cons: Management do not care for any concerns or problems you have. Expect to have many issues unresolved for long periods of time. Pest control is not adequate but they have made some improvements. Advice to landlord: It is clear there is no care, but tenants would appreciate some courtesy and kindness.”
