“Unit 3B Pros: The building is always well maintained and maintenance is quick and easy to request/complete. Neighbors are for the most part respectful and once inside my apartment, I do not hear much noise. The street is also quiet and it is uncommon to hear loud music or other noises late at night. Location is right near 2 separate stops on the 14D so it is easy to get around. Heater is adjustable to your own apartment. Cons: There were small details that could have been fixed. I felt like when I moved in the place still needed a good deep clean.”
