Management ignored major building and unit repairs or offers temporary solutions to recurrent problems Advice to landlord: Replace elevator, building AC (on roof), do regular unit inspections especially for mold due to recurrent flooding”

“Unit 101 Pros: Private outdoor space, big apartment Cons: Not clean when moved in, cracks in ceiling and management is slow to fix even when leaking. Overall slow with repairs and unresponsive. Advice to landlord: Management should respond in a timely fashion to emergencies.”
