“Pros: Located in a quiet and nice neighborhood with many choices of food Cons: Package thief is common. The landlord is cheap and does not want to install camera. Building is not being maintained properly and is visibly aging. The apt is not heated properly at night and can be very cold during winter nights. Advice to landlord: Don’t be so cheap and install camera for the building. The package thief situation has been reported to the police.”
