“Pros: Very good layout with decent appliances. Great price, great location. Cons: It’s cheaply made and things started falling apart after a few years. Management doesn’t want to fix things and insists it’s not their responsibility. My roommates were pretty handy so we did several fixes on our own. Advice to landlord: Better maintenance for the buildings longevity.”

“Pros: Management is very proactive for nyc and the people you deal with are all very nice. Cons: Thin walls within apartments and not a lot going on in the immediate neighborhood (though there’s plenty to do within a 10-20 min radius)”
