“Pros: Newly rennovated, quiet in the bedrooms, huge living space Cons: The garbage build up downstairs sometimes can make the hallway smell and lead to mice”

“Unit 2 Pros: Everything works properly, we can control our own heat, it's mostly quiet, pest-free, easy garbage disposal, etc. Seriously don't have any complaints about the unit or building Cons: The super/landlord are a little slow to respond and the call box is a little tempermental”

“Pros: Near transportation- subways and busses. Cons: Constantly tons of mice in the lobby at all hours. Water pressure was weak. Roof flooded sometimes into the building.”
