“Pros: The building is brand new and the unit itself is great. Cons: Very strange tenant base. There is shared airflow from unit to unit, so you smell other people's business including their cooking and their smoking. There's some ghetto people that live here. No doorman or live-in super, it can get really sketchy and there's nothing you can do about it. Management is terrible. Advice to landlord: Listen to your tenants”

“Unit 3P Pros: Great location, nice amenities, and decent managements Cons: Some issues with appliances and build quality. Our unit has needed several repairs, but the super is responsive and they have fixed all of our issues.”

“Pros: The building looks new, and the furnishings at first glance look nice. It is also in a very convenient location Cons: Management is unresponsive, the building was built shoddily, which caused a flood; there have been instances of no hot water; the walls are thin; and you don't even get keys to the front door. I would never live here again.”

“Unit 2Q Pros: Its pretty new, so I’ve never had mold or structural concerns. Everything works: appliances, heat, hot water, etc. Amenities are great. Management is responsive. Cons: Traffic on Marcy is quite loud. Constant trucks and horns in the morning. There was a sprinkler malfunction on the third floor which resulted in water damage to a few apts, but they’re repairing everything. Advice to landlord: I don’t think the rent prices equate to the actual value of the apartments. If this building were on the water, sure. But we’re too close to the BQE for 5k+ rent prices.”
