“Unit #4c Pros: The apartment is renovated, clean, (I never had bug issues), nice window that gives natural light, lots of storage space!!! Rent stabilized Cons: The rent is too expensive and the neighborhood can be loud and overstimulating at times. Also the ac would sometimes stop working and they would have to come fix it. Advice to landlord: Don’t raise the rent if you have a good tenant living there”

“Pros: Neighbors are friendly. The location is decent. Cons: This building is poorly managed and extremely inconsistent when it comes to handling maintenance issues. We’ve gone a full week with no heat, and this isn’t new—the heating system has always been faulty and randomly shuts off. On top of that, the laundry room and lobby are CONSISTENTLY DIRTY and poorly maintained. Akshay, the manager, is terrible at acknowledging issues. He’s often vague, doesn’t respond at all unless you follow up multiple times, and even then, there’s rarely a clear answer or solution. They are unprofessional and neglectful and seem to only care about collecting payments. If you’re thinking of moving in, I HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere! Advice to landlord: Do the bare minimum.”
