“Pros: Nothing at all Cons: Dirty, out of control neighbors, mice and roach infestation, no super. The list is long. Advice to landlord: Renovations throughout the entire building need to be done and Security needs to be in place. Tenants need a super on the premises. The infestations of rodents and roaches need to be addressed. If tenants can I keep apartment clean there should be a no pet policy in place to secure the safety of the pets and other tenants.”
