“Unit 5D Pros: Management is generally communicative. The elevator is functional 99% of the time (honestly a win for a building of this age). The entryways are generally clean and the laundry room is well-kept. Cons: Roaches seem omnipresent. They're treated regularly but still persist. Plus the walls are thin, we can hear conversations on the other side of the wall.”

“Unit 3C Pros: Elevator Laundry in building Cons: Water takes a long time to heat Dryer doesn’t work properly Small cockroach problem Poor air circulation Rent increases”

“Pros: Building is in good shape overall with laundry available in the basement. Trash/recycling is taken out regularly and the hallway floors are mopped every week. Believe the whole building is rent stabilized and landlord was willing to give a rent decrease during covid. Cons: Have to go through managements maintenance request for every little thing. The Super is very nice and helpful but will only come if called upon by management. Had a rodent issue at one point and took many tries to get resolved but finally was. The peeling wallpaper above the elevator should have been fixed years ago.”
