“Unit 5 Pros: - liked the video intercom system - nice roof space, backyard space - weekly (maybe biweekly) cleaning of stairways and hallways Cons: - laundry in basement is $5/wash and $5/dry!! - management was responsive but doesn’t always actually fix the issue - outdoor common spaces are not maintained by the building, honor system often results in random furniture, trash Advice to landlord: please lower the price of laundry if you’re going to offer it as an amenity”
