“Pros: Nice neighbors, quiet building, apt has nice features like a water heater, thermostat control Cons: Windows are pretty leaky meaning it’s cold in the winter, construction quality is overall kinda low. Landlord is kinda hostile. Advice to landlord: Try to foster a less hostile attitude towards tenants.”
