“Unit 3F Pros: laundry in building, young tenants you can befriend, rooftop with nice view of the city Cons: the heat was the worst...electricity run...super expensive and terrible due to poor insulation Advice to landlord: improve heating system”

“Pros: Clean, fairly quiet, great neighborhood. Never any issues with pests. You control your heat and A/C (electric). Cons: Sometimes maintainance takes a bit to respond/react. Have had a couple ceiling leaks, sometimes these were not addressed in a very timely manner. New-ish, remodel but not the best work. Wood floors are warped. Units are a bit small.”
