“Pros: Location, super is responsive, laundry , trash always taken out on time, elevator always works Cons: Lobby/hallway could be cleaned slightly more”

“Pros: John the Superintendent is amazing. He goes above and beyond for the tenants. Cons: Roaches. My neighbors personally are loud as shit. I cant speak for the upper levels… but Ive never heard ANYTHING from above me!”

“Unit 5B Pros: Great super (John Mifsud) always available, nice neighbors, pet friendly, spacious living room in my unit compared Cons: Lobby needs to be updated/renovated (I am embarrassed to have company over to walk through the lobby), walls are VERY thin so you hear your neighbors every move, hallways need to be cleaned more regularly, roaches spotted Advice to landlord: Please update your lobby and install security cameras for package thieves, also the cardboard gets in the way of the dryers in the laundry room”

“Pros: Location and double lock to get in main door.. elevator Cons: Only 2 washer dryers for the whole building, and where you put cardboard gets in the way of getting into the washer dryer space Advice to landlord: Get more washers and dryers .. stackable ones would be very attainable and put the cardboard spot in a different spot man”

“Pros: Location is the only good thing Cons: The walls and ceilings are paper thin. I saw about 10 roaches in my apartment over the summer. The exterminator said the place is infested. Management is horrible at responding to any issues, building is dirty and old Advice to landlord: Burn this building down”

“Pros: Super is amazing. Best part of the building. He keeps the building clean and is extremely responsive. Rent is extremely reasonable. Very small increases. Building has an elevator. Common area with the stairs is carpeted and clean. Cons: Management company is extremely unresponsive. Walls are extremely thin. Can hear my neighbors screaming at each other 24/7. If you face the street - prepare for noise. 74th street is extremely noisy bc of people getting on FDR drive. Lots of horns all day. Building has mice and roaches. Super immediately fixed the mice issue for me. Roaches are occasional and usually dead. Big water bugs. Advice to landlord: Be more present?”
