“Pros: Clean. Super is great and responsive. Fantastic location in between 74th St - Roosevelt Ave and Elmhurst Ave subway stations. Diverse area with many great food options in the neighborhood. Cons: Occasionally some weed smells in the hallway but I know management has been trying to crack down on that. Can't control the heat so have to open windows in the winter when too hot.”
