“Pros: Mostly clean except when the dogs pee in the elevator or hallways in the mornings. The super on site and fixes all problems quickly. Cons: Elevators are always breaking. Too many dogs in the building always barking. Close to the train station.”

“Pros: Great for people who like loud music and parties every week. Cons: If you work 9 - 5, don't expect to sleep until 12am weekdays and weekends. Uncooperative neighbors play loud music and host parties on weekly basis. You can hear conversations, tv, and loud music from above and below. Advice to landlord: Kick out disruptive neighbors. Caulk up holes in walls near pipes and baseboards to prevent roaches”
