“Unit B45 Pros: Love the neighbourhood and neighbours Well maintained front courtyard which is beautiful Amazing super who is really responsive Cons: Pest control - cockroaches The realty office is not great and can be really unresponsive (if you need someone other than the super)”

“Pros: Location, views, quiet Cons: Seasonal prob with roaches (exterminator is worthless), bathroom tiles need fixing (won’t happen), strange # of outlets (some rooms too many, bathroom has ZERO). Advice to landlord: Get a new exterminator. Just do it. Even if it’s expensive. We’ve ALL had issues.”

“Pros: Great location, very close to 52nd St's 7 line! Cons: Dated decor and appliances but typical of pre-war buildings. FDNY in front of the building can be annoying sometimes. Advice to landlord: Better communication between landlord and tennant would be appreciated.”
