“Pros: Beautiful pre war building with nice neighbors and a stunning detail work Cons: Scaffolding in front of building and lots of maintenance that comes with an old building.”

“The building is grand with original details , is maintained very well and is very quiet. The apartments have beautiful layouts , the rooms are large and the ceilings are very high. The super is always quick to respond to any issue. The water pressure and heat are more than sufficient. The building does need to be refurbished externally , the forest green trim throughout the halls and doors is peeling and the floor in the elevator should be repaired or replaced. However, these cons do not take anything away from the beauty of the building. This is an awesome place to live and the people a great too.”
