“Pros: Backyard. Nice maintenance man José.  Cons: Laundry machines don’t work bc the wifi down there is shorty AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. Takes HOURS to get one load done if you’re even if you’re able to at all. Advice to landlord: FIX PROBLEMS when we report them don’t take MONTHS and force us to nag and email and nag and call and nagggggggg.”
