“Pros: None other than the neighborhood. Cons: Landlord talks down to you and never fixes anything. Neighbors are dirty and intentionally noisy. Real lowlifes. Super is a thief and very lazy. Apartment is shit no heat or hot water ever. Super brings ratchet people to constantly hang out in hallway and on stoop. Trap house. Advice to landlord: You should be in jail.”

“Pros: It’s basic. A couple tenants are decent. Not many. Cons: Landlord never fixes. Super does nothing but steal. Others are very noisy and steal. Ones who steal are buddies with super. Advice to landlord: Take care of building and quiet tenants.”
