“Pros: Constant reminder I need to move Cons: Rodents, this company does not provide decent upkeep for its long term renters. Advice to landlord: Do better... would you live in the building you own? The answer would most certainly be NO!”

“Pros: Tenants are friendly. Cons: The super and building does not keep up with their tenants. Apartment hasn’t been painted in years. Appliances are old. Walls are damaged. And roaches left and right. Exterminator supposed to come monthly. And they never come! Advice to landlord: Do better. Clean the building more and update the apartments!”
