“Unit 14 Pros: Great location, updated appliances, fresh paint. Cons: Maintenance is horrendous, good luck trying to get anything fixed or solved in the building. Problems occur and it will take several phone calls, emails, and 311 reports in order for it to be solved (including heat, hot water, door locks, air conditioning, broken mailboxes, broken fridges, etc). Advice to landlord: WHY DOES IT TAKE 3 WEEKS TO GET ANYTHING FIXED?”

“Unit #14 Pros: Good location. Welcome pets. Cheap. Cons: There is no management per say in this building. No one cleans the public space. Always have trash in front of the gate. Laundry room dirty and always smell like rotten egg. They started renovating the building about 7months ago and stopped mid way until now. We haven’t had a door frame for 5 months. Advice to landlord: Clean your building. Finish renovating. Start managing.”

“Pros: Cheap, neighbors don’t complain about noise. Important for career musicians Cons: The building is always dirty. Lots of trash in the hallways and the 1-2 times a month mopping of the floors doesn’t really do much. I don’t really have that big of a problem with it but I’m sure others will.”

“Pros: Apartment design Very Responsive Affordable Cons: Front of building always covered in garbage Loud neighbors fighting all the time Heat may be off once in awhile Mail will go missing Advice to landlord: Just read my Cons list and do better.”
