“Unit 25 Pros: Inexpensive for amenities provided. Close to subway. Quiet. Thick walls. Cons: Messy elevator. Elevator very slow and often broken. Sometimes slow response times from management.”

“Pros: No bugs or mice or anything. I was warm more often than cold. Cons: Mail just piled up all over the front hallway, I think all from people who had moved out. The front door is pretty annoying too. Advice to landlord: The front door buzzer is super loud if you're in any of the front rooms with your windows open”
