“Unit 1713 Pros: Doormen and porters were great & package room attendants were incredible. Very good amenities (although there is an amenity fee) and it’s in a really good location for getting around the city Cons: Building is old and outdated. Felt like at least one elevator was always broken, and it’s a huge building so elevator lines get pretty backed up. Prices have exploded over the past few years and property managers/leasing office never answer (or get back to you about problems) until they want more money come renewal. App for maintenance requests is terrible. Advice to landlord: Touch grass”
