“Pros: Great neighbors and a very responsive super. It's a great location very close to Lex/59 St station that is very quiet in the rear units. Cons: Only one laundry unit for the building. Owners are slow to respond about improvements and fixes that need authorization, like repainting and patching after a leak. Some issues with pests in the building, but not bad at all.”
