“Pros: Cheap building, nice neighborhood, rea Cons: It's an older building which shows in a variety of ways”

“Pros: Great neighbors; building is charming and feels homey. Rent payment + maintenance portal are easy to use. Cons: Management/maintenance is flaky unless you constantly remind/follow up with them to do what you need them to do. Building itself also not very clean - particularly the basement area. Advice to landlord: Clean the hallways and basement more regularly.”
