“Pros: Lovely apartment building, big windows, and generally well-maintained. Quite small so you know the people coming and out; feels safe. Cons: Backyard not well-kept; landlord sometimes unresponsive (mostly just on weekends). Advice to landlord: Consider revitalizing the backyard space!”
