“Pros: Never had pests, nice big apartment, wash/dryer in unit, gas stove! Cons: Heating was inconsistent in the winter, there was clearly a mold issue as on of the wall’s plaster would get when it rained. Advice to landlord: Just to be more conscious of the heat in the winter, sometimes it was too cold.”
