“Pros: Generally helpful management, reasonable rent, and little to no pest issues. Units are also well-kept. Cons: Lack of responsiveness to leak issue, dirty stairwell, heating issues during winter Advice to landlord: Fix the source of leaking and try to spruce up the stairwell. Front door could also use some added security.”
