“Pros: The apartments are nice, and the building is new, so issues are few and far between. The owners are very responsive to any problems. Between the balcony and roof access, you have plenty of outdoor space looking over the green backyard or the city. Loved it. Cons: Some issues with smoking in other units but didn't really bother me.”

“Unit 3B Pros: Felt pretty safe. Good location. Neighborhood quiet. Cons: Pretty quiet unless the neighbors are loud. You can hear everything through the walls. Feels like people’s conversation are happening in your own apartment. Packages get stolen and there are not that many apartments in the building. Very suspect. My heat or a/c broke every time the weather changed. Advice to landlord: More security cameras to prevent theft.”
