“Pros: easy to get into but the management does the bare minimum.. Cons: Management do nothing about pest control, they will avoid dealing with it. The super is nice but management is awful and hard to get a hold of. Advice to landlord: Be respectful of your tenants and have a more vigorous process to get in. You have 18 year olds who trash the apartments.”

“Pros: Amazing location, near to everything, quiet street near by good restaurants, laundry and delis Cons: No laundry, no elevator, no light in the living room Advice to landlord: Work on the patio to make it nice and listed as a common area”
