“Pros: Responsive landlord, no pests, good size living room Cons: No garbage room, packages received from deli, subway noise”

“Pros: Only 3 units in the building, roof access with a nice view, landlord is easy to get ahold of and is very responsive. Cons: Bad neighbors, there is a hostel on the block which adds to the crime in the area. Loud noises and vibrations from subway underneath building. Horrible heating, and literally NO insulation in the walls. Advice to landlord: Insulate the walls and install better heat. Provide better lighting outside the front door. FIX THE INTERCOM.”

“Pros: Great water pressure, easy access to nearly all of NYC's transit systems, nice floor layouts, and quiet building. Cons: Tons of homeless and vagrants outside, busy street, lots of noise and vibrations from the subway being underneath the building.
