“Pros: Super affordable and decent space. Utilities included to the rent! Cons: Trash taken out by tenants, water pressure, sometimes roaches in the hallways and most tenants work in the building”

“Pros: Amazing space, garbage management was us taking out the garbage lol so I gave us a 3 Cons: Sometimes the water pressure was a little weak but that's it. Oh also getting to the fuses in the basement in case they blew. Advice to landlord: Never really communicated much, just sent rent and lived there. It was easy going.”
