“Pros: The building is new and the construction is good. The doorman and the janitors are amazing and kind. Building is clean and has all the amenities one would want. Cons: Management is the worst. Takes 3-4 business days to respond to ANY email. You will be left on your own to figure out payment or leasing issues. They have no working phone number - no one answers calls or returns them. No response to multiple emails which leads to extreme frustration. Advice to landlord: Hire better and professional people.”
