“Pros: Staff is really nice, building is well located on the park and the subway. Cons: It could be much better maintained, not clean enough, and does not have many amenities.”

“Pros: Well kept, friendly staff, positive experiences with staff at all times (even as a sub-lease tenant) Cons: Noisy floors (old, wooden construction), frequent renovations of units with new buyers, second elevator breaks down frequently. Advice to landlord: Get friendly with neighbors and building staff. Helps to tip building staff during the holidays...”
