“Unit 1 Pros: Great proximity to Central Park, basic & pleasant interior foyer. Landlord requires rugs in the units which can cut down on overhead noise. Cons: Heat is included which means you can’t control it. It’s an old system which makes quite a bit of noise, and is unpredictable (can get very hot, or be very cold). Mostly a tenant issue, but garbage not disposed of properly at times.”
