“Pros: Great location close to Prospect Park and places on Vanderbilt. Also the hallways are kept clean and definitely feels like a safe building Cons: While the occasional mouse or roach may be expected, the pest response is horrible. They pay a company that only puts down glue traps. Management is also very slow to respond, you have to call multiple times to get someone to come over.”

“Unit 11 Pros: clean, quiet, friendly neighbors Cons: the property manager doesn’t email you back. very frustrating. I’ve never gotten the contact info for the super and can’t get in touch with them. Advice to landlord: Try responding to emails from tenants!”
