“Unit 3 Pros: Rent stabilized! Can't beat the price. Good layout of apartment and decently sized. Things generally work. Cons: Location, by the train. You get used to the noise though. Advice to landlord: None”

“Pros: Space is good for 1 person. Super is responsive and lives nearby Cons: Heat is too intense. Next too above ground subway. Can not open windows to cool down unit. Had to run a/c during the winter Advice to landlord: Get a more responsive heating system”

“Pros: Responsive super lives nearby Cons: Above ground subway makes the place very loud. Heat blasts during the winter and it gets too hot. Because of the subway you can’t keep windows open. Had to run A/C in the winter Advice to landlord: Upgrade heating system to be more responsive.”
