“Pros: Close to train station, roof access, laundry in building Cons: This building has the worst mouse and cockroach infestation I have ever experienced. I probably caught close to 50 mice while living here and hundreds of roaches. The management company will not do repairs on the apartment or respond to requests. The apartment flooded 3 times while I lived there. Advice to landlord: Respond to complaints about water damage and pests”
