“Pros: I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. It’s always been clean and well-maintained, and I’ve never had any pest issues. The building feels very safe, and my packages have always been secure. The trash is taken out regularly, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful, which makes it a peaceful place to live. I also love having an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher—it makes daily life much more convenient. Overall, it’s been a great experience! Cons: Honestly nothing! I love the apartment, I just wish it was closer to work for me”

“Pros: - maintenance within the apartment is always ongoing so the apartment building is typically very clean - the super is very quick to respond to any ticket requests that are put in - noise levels are great/good mix of elderly adults who’ve lived here for years and younger adults - elevator is always working Cons: - this isn’t much I don’t like - wish there was better management of mail but that’s tenant focused”
