“Pros: Great location in a very nice neighborhood. Accessible to various subway lines just a short walk away. The building had just 4 units, so was pretty quite. The kitchen was separated away from the living space, which made the studio feel bigger. Cons: Old building so the flooring felt unstable. Only one thermostat for the whole building, so was unable to control the temperature in the unit.”
