“Pros: LOCATION is amazing, units are decent size, and rent isn’t ridiculous given the prime location. Appliances are pretty new, and in unit laundry is great. Cons: Building management takes forever to respond and is also very rude and unclear in their communications. Communal areas like the stairwell and hallway are not cleaned. There was a pest issue in the past, seems to have been taken care of for now. Advice to landlord: Better communication.”
