“Pros: Close to everything Cons: Incompetent Super Intendant & cleanliness & rodents/bugs Advice to landlord: Building and apts need better management on all ends. The hallways are always dirty(only cleaned about once a week), there are no safety measures in regards to COVID and the intercom is never working.”
